Concert by the Bay is brought about by the passion of members of the four neighbourhood committees of Nee Soon South who deemed music as the best representation to reflect and capture the grand finale of Nee Soon South 20th Anniversary Celebrations. In the process of a year-long celebrations that have engaged many to bond, the four NCs would also like to make it a point to care for the elderly and needy folks in Nee Soon South and intend to donate part of the proceeds from this entertaining fund-raising event to the Ren Ai TCM Center@Nee Soon South.

Apart from this gesture, the four NC together with Nee Soon South CCC is raising funds to carry out meaningful programmes that will enable our community to continue to bond and thrive further.
