Nee Soon South has four private estates, Green View Neighbourhood, Lentor Neighbourhood, Springleaf Neighbourhood and Thomson Neighbourhood under its fold.
Block representatives in HDB estates and street representatives in private estates serve as important links between the residents in their area and their Member of Parliament. They give the MP feedback on the various amenities they require and also feedback on different government policies so that their MP can bring up these issues in Parliament and different platforms.
